主食,五谷米+泰国香米+糙米,洗后,放了少许水,再加几颗苟杞。用水蒸饭。是心理作用?觉得比饭埚煮得更好吃。放了蕃薯,加料!因为蕃薯的营养价值超高。
就这样,一顿饭,又过了~~~
