I have lodged complaint through 1800-call one moment ago as per reference number 99909219665.
To express my anger towards SBS services, i decided to write the feedback form again.
Scenario: When i alighted from bus 170, the Ezlink system had some problems. All the passengers are having the same problem. I tapped my EZlink card, it showed NEW ENTRY! And the indian driver tried to reset the system and asked me to tap the card again. IT showed NEW ENTRY again! That means I have been charged for 3 times FULL RATE! I was shocked with this kind of service!
I cannot tolerant this because I understand that not all the passenger will lodge the complaints and get back their own money! That is ridiculous to just refund our money! It is a wrong way to do it so. Imagine that there was whole bus of passenger and they were being charged 2 times FULL RATE (2 x SGD 1.68 if im not wrong). The actual fare should be SGD 0.71 only!
I urge the management to look into this problem seriously and the driver should distribute some rebate voucher/ticket to the passenger by taking your initiative instead of waiting us to lodge the complaints to get back our extra paid amount! That is really unfair!
I didnt check my EZlink card transaction (discontinued from ezlink.com.sg) yet. However, by seeing 2 NEW ENTRY, I reckoned that my ezlink card has deducted 3 times FULL RATE (SGD 1.68 x3) instead of SGD 0.71! That is really ridiculous service from SBS!
